Charlotte Packe’s Horn Desk Light is an elegant piece that will bring directional light and warmth to your home.
Horn is a natural alternative to plastic. Horn has similar characteristics, can be moulded and shaped, but is totally biodegradable.
The natural curve and shape of the horn lends itself into a simple lampshade, and its translucency enhances its colours.
It is a natural product, ethically sourced and the beautiful colours range from whites and oyster through browns and black, streaks of stunning natural colours.

The patinated brass fittings and polished brass are all finished in beeswax.
The light is cleverly designed with a joint at the top of the vertical brass stand which allows the arm to be positioned straight up and twist 360 degrees. There is also a 360-degree rotation joint by the horn shade, which allows the light to be directed up, down or to the sides.
The base is hand spun oak, like a grounding clod of earth, bringing a satisfying weight to the piece.
Charlotte finds her design inspiration from her materials. Nature is influential to Charlotte and she works on refining and pairing back to create calm sculptural lighting. She works with warmth and restraint with carefully selected materials, all to enhance light within our home.:
