This is a wall light which is not hard wired in.
Its versatile in that it can be screwed to the wall, and the cable and inline switch and black plug, can be plugged into a normal plug socket.
The brass arm pivots from the brass wall holder.
There is a solid brass rotational joint near the Horn shade.
Black twisted d flex, black inline switch and black 3 amp plug.

The hard wired version which has a rotational joint.
